Shipping policy

We provide delivery services across all Emirates in the UAE with clear and fixed rates.

1. Delivery Coverage & Fees

• All Emirates: AED 30 – Delivery within 48 hours

• Express Delivery (24 hours): AED 40

• Western Regions (e.g., Al Dhafra): AED 50 – Delivery within 3 business days

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.

• Delivery time starts once the order is dispatched.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Cash on Delivery is available. Customers must ensure availability to receive and pay for the order.

4. Delivery Conditions

• If the customer is unavailable or refuses delivery without valid reason, re-delivery charges may apply.

• In case of visible damage to the package, customers should check the item before accepting and report any issue immediately.

5. No International Shipping

• We currently deliver only within the UAE. International shipping is not available.
